Role-Based Access
Managers
Our Uniform PPE Management System empowers managers to streamline uniform and PPE management for their teams with ease and efficiency. While their primary role is to assist staff members who may be unable to order products for themselves, managers have access to a variety of tools designed to simplify the uniform and PPE ordering process across multiple branches.
Managers can place orders on behalf of staff members in any branch they oversee, ensuring timely delivery of essential workwear and PPE. With the ability to manage multiple branches, they can oversee uniform needs across different locations seamlessly.
In addition to placing orders, managers have the authority to approve or deny employee requests, manage employee accounts by adding or deactivating users, and adjust allocations or allowances when required. This level of control ensures that every team member is equipped with the appropriate gear, while also maintaining flexibility for the unique needs of each branch.
Employees
Employees are assigned specific roles within the Uniform PPE Management System, which define the products they can access and the allowances or allocations they receive. These role-based assignments ensure that each employee can only order the workwear and gear relevant to their job requirements.
All employees within the same role have access to the same product range and allowances, ensuring consistency across teams and locations. Should employees wish to purchase additional items beyond their set allocation or allowance, they have the flexibility to do so using their own credit card.
Employees also have the ability to update their own personal details within the system, ensuring accuracy and convenience. The Uniform PPE Management System is designed for flexibility and accessibility, allowing employees to place orders and manage their accounts from a PC, smartphone, or tablet—anytime, anywhere.
