How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100*.

A standard shipping fee of $9.90 applies for orders under $100.

*Exclusions to the above include extra heavy items and / or bulky items or shipping to remote areas or internationally.

Applies to areas covered by Australia Post commercial eParcel rates.

When do you ship?

We offer same day dispatch, when you place your order before 10am Monday to Friday, and the items you order are in stock. (Excludes public holidays).

When we need to order from our suppliers we will email the estimated lead time information to you as soon as it becomes available to us. 

Who does the delivery?

In most cases Australia Post will deliver the goods. Where items are extra heavy, or bulky, we may use a different freight company.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver Australia Wide as per the areas covered by Australia Post’s delivery area guidelines.

For customers outside of Australia, please contact us here for a freight quote.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number or consignment note number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website or relevant website.

Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes a few hours for it to be searchable in the system.

Do you have a faster delivery service?

Yes, if you want your parcel in a hurry, we can offer the express post option at an additional charge.

 Can I pick up from the store?

Yes, please advise us at the time of order, and you will not be charged the delivery fee.

Is your parcel damaged in transit?

We have several checks in place to make sure that the items you ordered are in good condition and your order is packed correctly and safely to reach you in good order. If for some reason your parcel is damaged and your items are damaged then please make sure you SIGN it as Damaged. We also ask that you take a photo of the damaged parcel in case the items inside are damaged.

If the goods inside are damaged let us know within 7 days of receiving the parcel so we can organise an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer!

Did you receive the wrong item?

We have several checks in place to make sure you get the right items at the time of shipping. If for some reason you didn’t receive the item you ordered or simply not what you expected then please let us know within 7 days of receiving so we can organise an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer!
